September Volunteer of the Month

Susan Melenric is a regular volunteer at Mon General Hospital. She assists patients with comfort, care, and concerns in the Emergency Department. Her work in patient care, volunteer training, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department, and the Kelsey’s Corner toy program have led to her being called “the jack of all trades” at Mon General. She also is an Auxiliary Board Member, and has spear headed several new fundraising efforts that have proven to be crowd pleasers and financial success. Susan has given over 1,300 hours of hands on service to Mon General Hospital and the patients served there. Her dedication to the hospital community and community at large serve as a great example of service.
