33rd Annual Day of Caring (2025)
On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, more than 230 volunteers came together to make a lasting impact during the 33rd Annual Day of Caring.
Hosted by the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties, the Day of Caring is the region’s largest single-day volunteer effort. It brings together individuals, businesses, and organizations to support local nonprofits, beautify public spaces, and strengthen our community through hands-on service.
Projects took place at various sites throughout Monongalia and Preston counties, offering volunteers the opportunity to give back in meaningful and visible ways.
Thank you to all who participated and to Burke & Herbert Bank for generously sponsoring this year’s event. We look forward to another successful Day of Caring in 2026.
