Moving Mountains with the Mountaineers raised $48,000 for the 2026 Campaign
The first Moving Mountains with the Mountaineers event, hosted by United Way MPC and Clear Mountain Bank on October 7 at Milan Puskar Stadium, brought the community together and raised $48,000 for the 2026 Campaign. Those in attendance had the opportunity to meet WVU athletes and coaches, hear interviews, get autographs, and participate in a live and silent auction.
All proceeds benefit the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties 2026 "Local Community Impact" Campaign, which raises funds for 31 programs at 24 local agencies. This year's goal is $1.2 million.
